Trados Studio 2022 upgraded from Trados 2021.. ..installed and licensed today.. not opening..

Question

Trados Studio 2021 was not opening after coming back from computer repair yesterday. I upgraded to Trados Studio 2022 .. ..installed and licensed today..still not opening.. It suddenly closes after popping up less than 1 sec with "Loading application modules.." when I try to open it.

Please I need urgent help. Thank you!

Sorry, .. my previous post just above needs a correction... no, I was not able to license Trados Studio 2022 . The program does not even open.

Sorry, ..correction again (too stressed and tired ).. it has been licensed but not activated.. did not receive the activation code
