but i tried this solution before i wrote. 

Result (translated from german):

Unable to establish a connection to the license server. Check that you have specified the correct name for the license server and that you have network access.

(Support reference: -4196)

I think, somethig has changed in Windows 11, but i don't know what to do.

I enabled SMB1 and Netbios over tcp/ip and have access to the license server in windows explorer network section.

Unfortunately there are no other known solutions for this so the only option would be to upgrade Passolo to 2022 version.

our customer uses Passolo 2011 for Delphi 12 translation. Is it possible to open the Passolo 2011 TBU with Passolo 2022? Or is there another solution?

If you're using Passolo 2022 Professional or Team Edition, you should be able to open TBU files from Passolo 2011 without issues. Just make sure you're not trying to use the Translator Edition, which lacks support for TBU files.

Once they are opened in 2022 version they cannot be opened in 2011 version anymore.
