I’ve already tried the remedies suggested in this forum, such as deleting the cloud.bin file and renaming the Studio17 folder to Studio17_old, but Trados still doesn’t launch when I click it. It also doesn’t display any error message. I hope someone can help me with this as soon as possible, as I need to create a return package for a task that was due last night, which I was unable to submit because Trados would not load.
