My previous case CS0013118 was closed saying that my problem was solved, but unfortenatelly it is not correct.
I still cannot activate my Studio 2024 license in muy second computer. Here is the message I get when I try
to active the license:

Have you tried to reset the license from your RWS account? If you didn't yet, try to reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: Reset single user license article
Please note the process can take around 30 minutes. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let us know.

Yes, I have reset it 3 times and it did not work.
It is a Pro license to install in two different computers. In my main PC Studio 2024 works perfectly well,
but I cannot activate it in my second computer (a laptop).
