No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code

Question

Hi, 
 
 The following warning message "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code" appears when I tried the install Trados Studio 2024 on my new laptop. 
 The activation code of the program on the old computer has been deactivated. 
 
 I hope a solution to the problem can be found.
