Hi all,
the PC where my Trados Studio 2021 SDL license was installed just crashed. Therefore, I need to reinstall
it in a new PC. But I cannot because an error occurs when pasting the deactivation code in the corresponding box.
I'm trying now to get a new code but to no avail. CAn you please help me to deactivate the license so
I can reinstall Trados Studio in a new computer?

Hi Sebas,
I am not sure where you are trying to deactivate the license on - but just keep in mind it can only be deactivated on the computer where it was activated and you mentioned it crashed.
In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access Trados from your old computer, please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
The process can take around 30 minutes.
