After you make your purchase, the upgrade is going to be in your RWS account – Products&Plans – Licenses&Subscriptions. To process the upgrade please follow the steps below:

1. Log in into your RWS account

2. Click on Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions

3. Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'

4. On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again and allow the system to process the upgrade, it may take a few minutes.

5. Once all done return to Licenses tab where the Trados Activation Code will now appear.
