After purchasing and paying for an upgrade from Trados Studio Plus 2021 to Trados Studio Plus 2024 on the 29th November last, I still have not received a licence key for my upgrade.
I have been in touch over this problem before; could you please send me the licence key?

We have been in touch before regarding this.
The upgrade is in your account, Products and Plans - Licenses and needs to be processed so that you receive the code for Trados 2024. There is no need to deactivate your Trados 2021, but once you process the upgrade, you will no longer be able to use Trados 2021 anymore, so you could uninstall it.
