We have installed Trados 2017 professional on our Windows and was working fine. Recently we have upgraded our hardware i.e. have moved our Windows` Image to a new computer. The Trados License has expired on the new computer and resetting it`s license from this web site do not resolve this problem.

As per the above message in the screenshot, on terminal server this can be done only with network licenses. You disabled the RDP service and we were able to activate the single user license offline, as per the steps in this article:
