Unable to retrieve licence from license server

Hello again,

Once again, one of our team members is unable to activate the license server (Studio 2017).

The IT support:

-Made sure that the client's computer is communicating with the licensing server
-Made sure that her station is up to date
-Revived her VPN profile and connections with other resources on the same network

Software Version : SDL Trados SR1 5.1.6278

Screen shot before trying to activate the software.

Screenshot of WlmAdmin showing server information for DESKTOP-AEEMMAP with version 8.5.5.0015 and feature information for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional Edition. No licenses in use or queued.

First attempt to activate it:

SDL License Manager window with server information for DESKTOP-AEEMMAP, version 8.5.5.0015. Feature 'AllowTQA 2017' selected, showing no licenses in use. 'DEACTIVATE ALL' button highlighted.

After reinstalling SDL Trados and trying again to activate it:

SDL License Manager window showing server information for DESKTOP-AEEMMAP, version 8.5.5.0015. Feature 'AllowTQA 2017' selected, with no licenses in use or queued.

When using the code a seat is taken but the software is not activating the license, with the error listed bellow.

Error message pop-up over SDL License Manager stating 'Activation failed. Error165: A network request is made to the standalone library. :VLSaddFeatureToFile'

Can you please get back to us with a possible solution?

Thank you!
