Good morning,
last week the Trados studio 2022 software that was working perfectly until the day before asked me to activate the product. I have a subscription account with my company which I have already registered in the software but it tells me that I cannot proceed with the activation.
How to proceed?
Please contact your RWS business development manager about your recent orders. If they confirm this is indeed merely a technical issue, we'll submit a case for you.

Hi Elisa, my business manager told me to contact the support directly. First I supposed to have saved a wrong password in the account, but I have reset the password right now, I can access to the personal section on the website but the desktop software still kick me out saying that the licence is expired.
