The desktop version of Trados does not open and I can't reinstall the software.

Hi,

I'd like to use my desktop version of Trados tudio 2021 SR2, but it does not open anymore.

It starts then shutsdown with the message "Failed to initialize StudioTimeTracker".

I tried to uninstall, but it doesn't work. It indicates "Setuo did not complete. The error is : Setup has deteced a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer.

I tried to reinstall the software, but it does not work.

Can you help me. I need to use the desktop software asap.
