I bought the 2019 to 2022 upgrade back in November 2022 but never installed it because my setup did not allow for it (old version of Windows on a Parallels Desktop VM). I have just installed the Studio 2022 trial on my new laptop running Windows 11 (still on a VM). I don't know where to find my 2022 activation key, nor if I should have installed Studio 2019 first, and then do the upgrade. Can you please help me?

Thanks. I followed the instructions, but stupidly launched the upgrade from my browser on macOS. I stopped it and logged into my account on Windows 11, but the link for the upgrade is now greyed out although the window still shows that I have 1 upgrade available.
It should not matter what type of operating system you use to work in your account as it has nothing to do with Trados Studio or any software you use on your computer. So nothing wrong with your attempt there.
I'm not sure, if you cannot refresh the window and reset the view, what might have happened with you stopping the process. So I'll log a case for you and the support team can help.
