Hello,
My old laptop crashed. My account says my license (professional type) is still in use.
I reinstalled Trados Studio 2022 on my new laptop. I also installed the License Manager (version 17.0.648).
I can't activate/deactivate the license from there. After entering the product key, I got an error message saying "No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code".
And when I try to activate it in Trados, hoping to get some sort of message saying the license is already in use, it doesn't work either. I also tried to enter my computer's name as the license server name, but obviously it doesn't work since the license could not be activated in the License Manager. Could you please help me?
