Hi there, I bought today a freelance license but when I open Studio it runs on a trial version and there is no Activation button visible. Additionally my freshly bought license in my lincense area is marked as "In use" If I try to deactivate linceze online, I get: an error message, if I try to deactive it in my account, I get an error message too. I cannot work my customers are waiting, pplease help me!
