My laptop has crashed and I am not able to deactivate the licence for Trados Studio 2022 and activate it on a new computer. Can you please help me with deactivation? I have already tried offline deactivation but without a success. I would appreciate your help. I need to deactivate the licence activated on 17.05.2024.
