My computer crashed, and I cant deactivate my license. I tried the reset license option and the offline option and got an email with the deactivation authorization code, but it does not work. How can I reset to reinstall in my new computer?
I´ve read similar cases and did not find a solution to my problem. Can you reset the license for me, please?
