Unable to reset license because the limit is reached

Hello.

I formatted my computer without deactivating license on my Trados 2021 program. (I made the same mistake a few weeks ago and was able to have my license reset with the help of an operator.) I've already reached the limit of three times within 12 months, but I keep forgetting that I should deactivate before formatting. Could you reset my license on your end once again? I apologize for this and will be extra careful not to make the same mistake again. Thank you.
