I tried to deactivate my one activated license in order to reactivate it onto a new device, but deactivation failed. Now the one installation (out of 2 available) is broken and unusable, and I can't deactivate it in any other way. Can this first activation be made available for me to install on a new device? Please help me deactivate the one currently not working installation.
