My old computer has conked out and I'm now trying to activate Studio 2017 on my new computer with no success. I have access to my license account and the activation code, but when I try to activate it tells me I'm either not connected, which I am, or, when I try offline, it asks me for a certificate I do not possess. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for yor help. Nicholas
