Hello,

I can't activate the Trados Studio 2022 Freelance license. When I type the license code for opening Trados Studio I get an error:

Trados Licence Manager

Activation failed
Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.

Maybe the license needs to be deactivated first but when I try to deactivate it in RWS Account аfter clicking on "Can't deactivate online - activate offline" button I get another error:

An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

If I try to Reset the license I get another error:

An error has occurred
An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

If I check the RWS Account I can see that the license is activated: 1 User / In Use status and it says that it is activated on 12/02/2023, date when I first tried to activate it and when it first showed the error.

So it shows activated but everytime I open Trados I see on the opening menu: Activate license or Continue using the trial version (with the days left).

Can anyone please help me to activate Trados Studio 2022?

What to do?

Is there any other way to activate Trados Studio 2022? (I tried offline but I don't have the activation certificate)
