Lisence for Trados Tsudio 2022 (upgrading from 2021 SR2 - 16.2.12.9338)
when I tried to deactivate the old license, the message below pops up.
“Revocation is not allowed for an expired license” or
“There are multiple instances of this application running” - both are not my case.
So I tried to deactivate/activate off-line but my account doesn’t have the “installation ID”.
What is the next step ?

As the message says you`re not activating the license in the correct version of Studio.
I saw that you have license for 2021 and 2022 so please make sure the license matches the Studio version, the 2021 license can be activated only in Studio 2021 and the 2022 license can be activated only in Studio 2022.

I recently upgraded to 2022 and this is the activation key for it, I beleive.
