Hi,
We're planning to install our new server tomorrow and we will certainly need your help to reinstall Studio 2019 and 2021.
We have 2 licences for 2019 and 3 licences for 2021.
Please note we had been using a trial version for 2019 which has just expired and cannot anymore re-activate them by using the key on our account.
Message error says : L'acitvation a échoué, aucune licence n'est disponible...
Could you please let me know if you can support us tomorrow noon when our IT men will be in-house? thanks, regards
