The computer on which my license is currently activated has died (not even booting) and I need to figure out how to deactivate/reset the license so I can install it on my new PC. Urgent help needed!

You can self reset your license in your RWS Account.

I tried that and it returned an error message. However, in the interim I was contacted by tech support who kindly performed the reset for me, so the issue is now solved.
