For Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2011 and Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2015, Trados Studio 2017, Trados Studio 2019 and Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Hi Paul. I see that I had extra activation available, so all sorted out (I think). Thank you :)
you might have to ask to get your licence reactivated if you had a FL Plus licence because using your extra activation to make up for a lost one is a short term fix. You still want your extra activation available to you I guess?
