Hello,
we have several old Trados 2007 Suite licenses but can't use any of them, they just don't work on a new computer. We need to reset at least one of them (or preferably all of them) in order to get at least one of them working on a new computer. There is no reset button for the 2007 Suite licenses.

Have you tried to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009?
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I went to the Licenses section but there is no reset button next to our Trados 2007 licenses (which by the way are not freelance but professional licenses):
