I have Trados Studio 2022. Got the message FAILED TO ADD WINDOWN COMMAND BAR EXTENSIONS all of the sudden.
I have reinstalled the software but the problem has not been solved.
I have updated windows.
I have changed folders names as instructed.
Nothing works.
Please help.
How do I buy a service package so that a service engineer fixes the issue as this is urgent for me.

Trados is very upsetting in regards this issues. Works around like strange procedures, changing folders names, etc. should not happen in such an expensive software. The procedures are more like experiments with unexpected results. SHAME ON RWS/SDL. The resolution time is too long: translator work with tight deadlines. I ended up buying Trados 2024 to sort the problem. I wonder if that is the Strategy of RWS/SDL to sell. Once more, SHAME ON YOU.
