Or just freezes and I have to control+alt+del. Tried manual deinstall-reinstall but had the same problem. Tried also to download the free trial of the 2022 version free, but it says it's not available as if I had already used it. I am 99% I haven t used the 2022 trial as I have the perpetual license. In all cases there is no error message. Welcome your help.

Via a remote session we managed to solve the issue by installing the latest Studio 2021 version and running some Windows repair operations. For the Studio 2022 Trial issue, it appears that you had it installed in March of this year so the Trial period is expired.
We have also have reorganized the termbase that you are using because the term recognition was not working. After the Reorganize the term recognition was working again as it should.
