I bought an upgrade from Trados 2021 Freelance to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus so I can install the program on two machines. I can only see the Freelance Plus license in my account, with one installation available. The original 2021 license does not show up and cannot be deactivated in the program. It seems that I have wasted money completely unnecessarily for the upgrade. Karla
You have upgraded to Trados 2022 Freelance Plus and have used only one of the two activations so far. To use the second activation you follow the same steps as for the first one, it is the same activation code.
Trados 2021 will continue to work as long as it is installed on the same PC as Trados 2022, no activation code needed. However, you have purchased and processed an upgrade, so your license rights now extend only upon the Trados 2022 Freelance Plus license.
