Restricted or no access to Trados Cloud account after change of e-mail address

Hi all,

I am a freelancer using Trados for professional translation services.

Recently I had my e-mail address changed in several Trados-related systems as my previous e-mail was potentially compromised. After the change, my systems were reset and I did gain access to every other RWS resource (such as Workzone or GroupShare). Only access to my Trados Cloud account is restricted and I keep running into the same error.

Here is what I do: After opening Trados I click the green Sign In button at the top right. In the sign-in popup, I enter my credentials, which the system accepts. The Cloud Sign In window appears as usual, but now its dropdown list no longer contains my personal account carrying my name. Instead I get logged on to "RWS Strategic Solutions". Before the change I had two options to choose from this dropdown list, both my name and RWS Strategic Solutions, where I would select my name and get to work.

When I click the My Account button at the bottom left of the Cloud Sign In window, I get redirected to eu.cloud.trados.com/.../dashboard. This page immediately shows an error message telling me "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this account," even though my initials are visible in the greyed-out profile button at the top right.

I have been in touch with Vendor Licensing about this. According to them, my account ID and accound name are linked to the correct (new) e-mail address, while the RWS Strategic Solutions account in my dropdown list is linked to my old e-mail address. They told me to open my browser in incognito mode after clearing my cache and cookies, but it did not help.

Vendor Licensing referred me to this forum after a number of futile attempts.

Can you help?

Kind regards

Christian
