Reports view not visible in Trados Team

We are using Trados Team and I am one of the Administrators.

I have given myself basically every single Permission that I could find, I'm a Power User an Admin etc. I have even set up a new Role (with all permissions)

I have activated: Projects > List ; Custom Reports > Built-in Dashboards, Customers > View, Vendors > View, and Projects > List and everything else.
I have then created a Project. I have logged out and in again and I have refreshed the screen, but I cannot see the Reports view..

I see the Dashboard but no reports.

What am I missing?

Question improvement suggestion: Provide specific details about the permissions you have set and any error messages you may have encountered.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

It sounds like you've taken several steps to ensure you have the necessary permissions to view the Reports in Trados Team. Here are some additional steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

**Step 1:** Double-check the permissions assigned to your role. Ensure that the "View Reports" permission is included in your role settings. Sometimes, specific permissions may not be explicitly listed, so it's worth verifying.

**Step 2:** Confirm that the Reports feature is enabled for your organization. You may need to check with other administrators or consult the organization settings to ensure that Reports are available.

**Step 3:** Log out of Trados Team and log back in. This can sometimes refresh your session and resolve visibility issues.

**Step 4:** If you have access to the Group Share Web UI, check the user permissions there as well. Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to view reports.

**Step 5:** If the issue persists, consider creating a new role with all permissions and assigning it to yourself temporarily to see if that resolves the visibility issue.

If none of these steps work, it may be beneficial to review the documentation for Trados Team or consult with other administrators in your organization to ensure that everything is configured correctly.

  • Hello

The issue might be caused by a missing entitlement on your Trados Team subscription.

My suggestion is to log a case with RWS Support so they can check your account and subscription. Just go to https://gateway.rws.com/csm and login if you are the Support User for your organization.

    Hope it helps,

    Radu
