  • Hi ,

Since the error message appears in the TM lookup pane, I do assume that this is related to one of the translation memories added to the project you are working on.

What I can suggest is to run a Reindex/Re-Computer Statistics for this/these translation memories.

In order to proceed with these tasks please follow the next steps:

    1. Login to Trados Team account

    2. Go to Resources -> Translation Memories

    3. Click on the translation memory used for the affected project -> Re-Index / Re-Compute Statistics

Trados Studio Translation Memory settings window showing options for 'Re-Index' and 'Re-Compute Statistics' highlighted in red under the 'Fuzzy Index' and 'Statistics' sections.

    I hope this helps.
