Hello, Usually these errors are specific to your account and/or files and project. If you are a Trados Team user, you should have Support and Maintenance active, so the best way to have this addressed is to log a support case in the RWS Gateway portal : https://gateway.rws.com/csm and the RWS Support team will assist.
