Trados Business Manager (TBM) has reached end of life. Following the discontinuation of TBM sales on 31 October 2023, all maintenance and support services will conclude on 31 October 2024.
What Does This Mean for TBM Users?
I purchased Vendor Portal add-on for TBM 6 (Team version with 3 + 1 additional users) and received the support team's confirmation that it offer unlimited vendor user accounts. However, regardless of account/user types (Admin, PM-based, Sale Manager, Vendor Manager accounts, Vendor account, etc.), only a maximum of 4 accounts/users can log in to TBM (while the vendor role accounts should be unlimited). Could you please help me out with this?

That's strange. I've just checked, and it seems to work correctly: vendor and customer portal users are not accounted when checking number of users against the license.
Are you sure that you configure vendor portal user correctly? According to docs, user must have a value in the Associated vendor field, and Vendor role should be added to the list of roles. Can you please recheck?

Well, probably I found a bug. When maximum allowed users already logged in, and vendor logs in, indeed it shows this error. I mean, this happens only when maximum number of users already logged in.
You can check it by logging out one of four users, then log in as vendor, then login back as manager. System will allow to let it and won't show this error.

I have installed the new version (6.1.69) and found no more issues with the vendor portal. Minor issues cam up, however 
1. The familiar icon for software update seems not doing its function. When clicked, it showed only this one instead of available new versions and an option to download the update. Or the update download item has been moved elsewhere?
2. Could you work on a permission type where the excel/pdf/html export/import (e.g. vendor list xls export) permission can be allowed/denied to a certain user? Much appreciated!

Actually, that yellow Update button is missing when no new version is available So, you're clicking now different button. When another update gets released, it will appear there.
