Everything is in the title. When I click on activate and the enter my license code I get : " activation failed, no license available for this account. ". I suppose that it is linked to the status in use. But how to deactivate and reactivate?

After many trials to deactivate and reactivate with the help of SDL support & the Trados license manager, we are re still nowhere.
My account indicates that the license is in use and TBM stays in demo mode so not usable. I am wondering if an uninstallation would do the trick (that is "removing my license in use) ? In that case I would be able to reinstall and activate again.
What do you think?

Definitely application uninstallation couldn't deactivate license, because license deactivation is done only from licensing utility, and requires connection to RWS servers. So, I know only 2 ways: 1. deactivate manually from licensing utility; 2. deactivate with help of RWS support engineer. Strange that they were not able to force deactivation. You wrote last message 1 day ago, maybe it was solved since that time?
Thanks for your reply Eugène. This morning a RWS technician took control of my computer and fixed the problem. The issue was resolved by restarting the Sentinel RMS service. So we can close the case.
