SDL Trados Business Manager Installation Problem

Question

We have tried all the means to install the TBM 6 in our server and we 
 are unable to install it. We would really appreciate if you can get it installed on our 
 server so that at least we can use it . 
 Even after purchasing if we don't get the support for installation then there is no use buying the product. 
 We have already gone through the provided material and it has not helped out in solving the problem 
 we are facing. We request you to get it installed from your technical team by accessing our server. 
 If this cant be done then we would request to take back the software and refund our amount.

 This is a server solution. Do you have the expertise in house to manage a SQL server? If not then you should probably think about paying for this because the support team cannot be expected to manage your server for you and this certainly would go far beyond simple licensing and installation support. 
 However, Eugene Kuchynski may have some advice for you based on your screenshot.

Hi Raunak, 
 Well, agree with Paul, you definitely need system administration kind of help. This message says that user is not allowed to access database engine. 
 See point 7 here:

 If you left default value, then only Administrator of your system can access database engine. 
 Then, see red note here:

 It says that application pool in IIS uses another user by default. If you will switch to the Administrator or other user, then IIS will be able to access SQL Server and create a database there. 
 Also, I'm sure that you don't have SSL certificate. In the same article, please find information how to disable https and force switch to the http protocol. This is not safe, but can be used until you get SSL certificate. 
 As for domain name, it is ok not to have one. In this case, if you have static IP, you will be able to access your server by entering IP address of your computer in the browser. 
 Finally, I would like to remind that we can provide any help for TBM-related questions. But system and network administration tasks are beyond of these.
