First of all, can you please install latest update to see if it solves the problem? No need to uninstall current one, just run the installer and it will update existing installation. Direct link is here:

If problem remains, may I ask you to press F12, switch to the Console tab and make a screenshot or copy/paste red text which you will fin there?

Will try to fix this today, but very weird issue..

Sometimes it happens when I click anywhere, sometimes the screen stays simply white when launching the app...

I have the same problem as Sabine; I downloaded and installed the 6.0.3 version you suggested but to no avail. I may click on Manage User but if I click anywhere else, it happens too. 

After clicking on Reload, the screen goes blank/white.

I have a Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19042 Build 19042, not sure if this matters. I was seriously considering buying TBM but I would like to be able to use it first...

Sorry to hear that. I though these problems were solved. First of all, can you please try to download most recent version, and see if it works:

If you press F5 to refresh a page, will application continue to work correctly? This happens all the time with all pages or only with this "Edit Unit" screen?
