Question

Hi, 
 I am trying to get a license number for the upgrade I purchased for the Business Manager Lite v.5. When I try to obtain the license number I get the following message: 
 Process Upgrade 
 In order to process this upgrade, plea se return any in use activations. 
 There are no activations in use. 
 Can somebody help
