Hello,
I have installed the latest version of SDL Trados Business Manager for SDL Trados Studio 2020/2021 (after in the previous version there was no action when clicking on the activation panel)..
I cannot acitvate it although I have activated it for Studio 2019. What can I do? Also when trying to activate it, I have no access to my account, via the activation panel. NORMALLY THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

As I understand, you don't get activation window when you click Activate button. Please update your version from here, and it will work:
