License reset request and question about builds

Hi Eugene,

I updated from Business Manager Team 5.2.9 (or similar) to 5.2.24 today. 
When the program reopened, it was in demo mode.

The online license reset chat is unavailable and the support case form returned this message: "Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page."

Please could you reset my license?
Account: 415932

Also, I see that build 5.3.5 is available in my account, but not offered in the bottom right-hand corner of TBM. How should I update to that build? Download and click the .exe file and it will install on top of my current version?

    Can't believe, again! Definitely license should not have been lost after update. , can we help with resetting?

    Yes, update notification was also added now. Since this is major release, it can be downloaded from account. And then next maintenance updates will again be downloaded from internal updater, until next major release (which this time will happen sooner than 5.3). So you just download it and run, and new ver will be installed as usually, replacing existing version. Release notes are here.
