The contents users submit to Language Weaver (Cloud) are automatically deleted after the users retrieve the translation. We have both a cloud product and an on-premise solution that can sit in your own infrastructure. We would be happy to provide more detailed information about our secure Language Weaver solution to see if it fully meets your business requirements. Thank you for your reply! 

We currently have the on-premise solution (for Trados Studio & Multiterm), but we were wondering if our data may be stored in the RWS cloud when using automatic translation. As an insurance company, data confidentiality is essential and our company does not allow us to use Chat GPT or Deepl for this reason, so we need to make sure Language Weaver does not store any data in the Cloud.
