The simple answer is that in XPP terminology the text needs to be set quad right or be right justified.

If you want more specific suggestions, then you'll have to provide more details about the setup of the data in XPP. Classic/XML/CSS mode? Top block merge line or table row? Markup of the line?

I'm using xml data. I want to arrange the continuous table into the format of the attachment picture. How should I set it up. Can you give me an example?

You really need to open up a Case with customer support, where you can provide a sample of your data (to see actual markup) and your XPP (or style) setup.

There are a number of ways which you can accomplish what you are trying to do (e.g. top block merge or table header row), but which one you choose depends on other factors. I cannot give you a suggestion (other than those "general" ones) by just looking at a picture.
