Hello,
I have a table style to replicate that calls for both black horizontal rules (drawn using hrule) and white vertical rules (drawn using setrul;col).
The problem I'm running into is that the white vertical rules are positioned on top of the blue horizontal ones (making the horizontal rules appear segmented). The desired placement would have the horizontal rules on top of the vertical ones.
Has anyone found something similar to priority that can be assigned to tabular rules that would allow me to layer the white vertical rules behind the black horizontal ones?
Kind regards
Thomas
P.S. I have an example table attached that can be copied/pasted onto the last page of the following XPP standard division:

P.P.S. I already have a support ticket open for this one but wanted to know if anyone in the community had figured this one out.
