As we briefly discussed early, one of the option to get such functionality working is to add support of vector database which will provide search capability for relavent content.

We are currently exploring of adding broader support of AI assistantant into Experience Space. This idea is additional option to expolre as part of this initiative.

  • Publication names
  • Custom fields

Duplicate Prevention: In today's GenAI-powered content environment, automatic detection of similar existing content helps prevent unintentional duplication that can lead to:

  • Content fragmentation

  • Increased maintenance overhead

Improved Data Quality: By surfacing existing content during creation, teams can make informed decisions about whether to reuse, reference, or create new content.

Use Case

When a user begins typing in any supported field, the system would display relevant matches from existing content, enabling them to either select the existing item or proceed with creating new content while being aware of similar entries.
