Bring back paste special option

We have a distributed publishing model in which the vast majority of our 300+ publishers create their content in Word and then paste it into SDL. Not having this feature in 8.5 has major ramifications on the publishers and their processes.

A lot of this is still relevant and may provide a mechanism that can help you (or SDL with any product update!).
