Enable a setting that can be made so that reviewers/authors cannot edit a topic that is the target for their review in Draft Space

Our end users would like to ensure that reviewers/authors do not mistakenly edit topics that they should only be reviewing.

Hi Scott, could you please elaborate a bit more on the review process and the issue the users are facing. Are the Reviewers using draft space to review a document?
