Draft Space: Publishing of documents

To view the changes in the PDF after editing the content in Draft Space, users have to locate the publication in the web client and publish the document. It would help users if there is an option to publish the documents from Draft Space.

  • I agree with this idea. One of the biggest workflow interruptions in Draft Space is having to switch back to the Web Client just to publish and validate PDF output after small edits. For writers and reviewers doing iterative updates, a lightweight “Publish Current Document” action directly inside Draft Space would save a lot of time and reduce context switching. Even a limited quick-publish option for preview purposes only would already be a huge usability improvement.
