The non-resizable zone in "Active Document Settings" dialog should be resizable

In "Editor > Advanced > Active Document Settings", the zone called "Encodings" can list hundreds of files, but the zone cannot be resized (only the dialog can be resized).
It would be nice if the zone was made resizable to show more than 3 items.
