Provide shortcut for direct term insertion

Currently, one needs to start typing in order to see the term suggestions. The old functionality of ALT+arrow keys appears defunct. It would be useful if we could still use it to enter terms. I.e. ALT+down arrow to enter current term, ALT+ right arrow to enter next term, etc.

Yes, I know that, but it is still one movement slower. Compare with ONE movement = insertion: ALT+arrow key or even ALT+1,2,3... depending on the order of the suggestion/term.
