Make project focus match the active document

The active project should match the active document, with project focus changing in the background without user intervention when a file belonging to a project other than the active project becomes active.

Agree with Nora. After all these years, I still don't always remember to check that I'm in the right project and make mistakes by changing the wrong project's values.
